Application form

Please fill in the electronic application after reading the information provided in the ‘academic info’ section; and attach a letter of recommendation.

The letter of recommendation is an important element for supporting your application. The letter must state your affiliation, degree, research project and qualifications and be written by your supervisor or relevant staff from your academic institution. We accept signed and scanned letters uploaded through the application form. Alternatively, you can send the letter of recommendation by email to the BSRS Secretariat: gdc@uib.no

Once all the fields of the application form are filled please press ‘preview’ and verify all the data is correct. After you press the ‘submit’ button you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

Travel support is exclusively reserved for students affiliated to academic institutions from the global south. Please provide the required information, including reasons for applying for travel support.
Once admitted into one of the courses, we will ask you to send us your travel plan and budget.
